Pre-orders

**Notes on pre-orders:**

Items offered as pre-order are subject to certain terms and conditions that are accepted by placing the pre-order.

Although the following aspects are not common, we would like to inform you in advance about possible situations.

**Reductions / Cancellations / Allocation:**
Since pre-orders usually include popular or limited items, orders may have to be cancelled or reduced if we are unable to obtain the full quantity from our suppliers. We accept no liability in such cases and reserve the right to adjust orders accordingly.

We cannot therefore guarantee that the ordered quantity will be delivered in full. In the event of allocations or reductions, it is possible that the ordered quantities will be shipped in several delivery waves. It is possible that you will receive 40 pieces in the first delivery wave, for example, and the remaining 60 pieces in the second delivery wave after a certain period of time.


**Delay in delivery:**
The release date specified in the product description of pre-order items cannot always be met for various reasons. We endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. However, we cannot be held liable for delays due to supplier issues, longer times with freight forwarders or shipping providers, or problems with customs.

Delivery delays can also be caused by external influences or health circumstances of our employees.

**Pre-order Japanese items:**
For items in Japanese, the release date may be interpreted differently than for regular items from Europe. The release date mentioned always refers to the Japanese market, and the goods are shipped to us around this date. This means that in most cases Japanese items are not immediately available. Delays can also be caused by customs processing times or similar factors.

**Ships before release date:**
For items with a fixed release date, shipping and delivery to customers may only take place on the specified date. The goods may also not be presented on social media or in the store beforehand.

If you sell your goods to business customers with a trade, the goods can be shipped before the release date to ensure that your customers receive the products on time. However, proof of a valid business registration is required.

Cardlantis reserves the right to reduce, delay or completely cancel orders.
